Summary/Abstract: Domestic violence is a social phenomenon of profound gravity, which affects not only thepersonal lives of the victims, but also the professional field, both from the perspective ofthe victim and the employer, having direct implications on their ability to maintain andperform in the work relationships with both the employer and their colleagues. Thisarticle aims to highlight the impact of domestic violence on labour relations and topropose legislative solutions aimed at protecting victims in the workplace.
