Summary/Abstract: Through this material, we propose to present the new normative framework in thematter of the maternity assistant attestation procedure, established by the provisionsof Government Ordinance no. 27/2024 regarding the conditions for obtaining theattestation, the attestation procedure and the status of the maternal assistant.The new normative framework comes to establish more rigorous conditions fornatural persons who wish to access the quality of maternal assistant, the need forlegislative changes being argued by the explanatory note to the normative act,through the existence of a network of maternal assistance "highly feminized, agingand with a medium - low level of education".
