Summary/Abstract: Digital transformation is having a profound and pervasive impact on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) around the world. This change is reflected in the way SMEs operate, communicate and create value. In the last few years, digital technologies have developed at an exponential rate, which has enabled SMEs to take various steps to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
