Summary/Abstract: The report examines the types of conflicts in the organization and indicates conflict management styles. Conflicts arise where different needs and interests meet. In an organization, disagreements specific to the professional field arise between superiors and subordinates, as well as between employees in one department, between employees of the organization and employees of another institution. The dual nature of the conflict is no secret. The aspiration is to avoid destructive and to stimulate constructive conflicts that contribute to the development of the organization.
