Summary/Abstract: Pressing changes to the recruitment and recruitment process as a result of Covid-19 are underway. They have the character of an imperative and by their very nature are permanent, following without interruption their dynamics. In addition, education is too conservative a system, and the dictate of today is that the market for educational services best corresponds to the requirements of the labor market. One of the key problems of the overall system, which has a synergistic impact on all its elements, is the digitalization and saturation of these elements with innovative approaches. This applies equally to the main subjects of the process – on the one hand those looking for new jobs, and on the other - employers. The pandemic has complicated and hampered spatial communication. This necessitated the introduction of new methods in the overall hiring process by organizations.
