Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this report is to analyze the role of the social policy as a factor in the candidates for president’s rhetoric. This paper addresses the sectors: demographic situation, ethnicity, health and unemployment, taking into account their influence in the context of presidential–candidates rhetoric on the voters. The report aims to determine the importance of the social policy sectors and the degree of dependence between them and the election of the Bulgarian president. This paper aims to take under consideration the approval or disapproval of the voters about the sectors of the social policy as a method of persuasion in the presidential–candidate rhetoric.
