Summary/Abstract: This article will discuss the reform of the United Nations (UN) concerning the Human Rights Council. Ideas and proposals for reform at the UN appeared as early as the 1960s on the occasion of its 20th anniversary. These projects and recommendations are sporadic in nature and are described as a "reconstruction". In 1965, several amendments were made to the Charter of the UN.
