Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to adjustment of tourism public policy in chosen region of Czech republic. The strategy of such policy, form of the real activities and their overall effectiveness is studied on example of South Moravian Region. The first part deals with initial attendance analysis and demand analysis in incoming tourism of South Moravian Region. The content of strategic documents, structure of objectives, executors and tools is described in the second part of this article. Following text investigates functioning of individual executors and assessment of their effeciency. The last part contains summary of problematic areas in tourism public policy of South Moravian Region and suggestions how to solve them in future.
