Summary/Abstract: This paper outlines the prospects for change in the passenger transport market for the provision of ICT tools for passenger information and ticket distribution in the context of EU legislation and digital transformation, including the development of the MaaS (Mobility as a Service) concept, as well as discusses the passenger rights and regulation of telemetric applications for passenger transport. The paper addresses future concepts for the development of ICT tools and requirements for the transfer of data between rail market actors.
