Summary/Abstract: Nowadays one can observe a number of changes in organizations and their environment. Human resource management is influenced by them. These changes also affect organizations in the logistics industry. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to present outstanding human resource management practices that can become an inspiration. Thus, the consideration focuses on practical human resource management. The methodology of the research is based on a systematic review of the literature - articles published in a journal dealing fully with the subject of people management in Poland - Human Resource Management (2000-2020). Case studies have been updated with current information.
