Summary/Abstract: Absract. The paper examines some rare dialectal lexemes in Bulgarian dialects in Albania, tracing their correspondences in Slavic and Balkan languages. Some names of animals are considered – vèshk’e, trəmka, as well as names of watery areas – mochvàr, tùn’a, kal and names related to the natural phenomenon of rainfall // snow.
