Summary/Abstract: Creativity is described as the act of changing ideas into reality. The main goal of this article is to present the most important aspects of creativity by defining talent, genius and creative aptitudes, outlining the stages of creative process, different conceptual approaches of creativity and the factors that contributes to her development. The outcome of creativity in gifted children is inventiveness, innovation, social and cultural change, political development and economic progress. Education has an important key role to play in creative development as much as specialized programs. Development of a properly adjusted environment, a socioemotional climate have a decisive impact and influence the creativity. The importance of creativity it`s closely related to big social and economic trends.
