Summary/Abstract: In Greece, the composition of student population is linguistically and culturally diverse. For this reason, the Greek educational system faces many difficulties in the integration and education of these students. It is worth noting the noticeable change in the composition of students and the conversion of mono-cultural classes into multiculturalism, which has brought about administrative and institutional changes on the part of the state department, in order to keep the educational process in line with the new data. In the context of intercultural education, intercultural communication is a complex procedure. This term includes the communication between individuals or groups of different linguistic, social, cultural, ethnic, religious and educational background. It focuses on social attributes, thought patterns, and the cultures of different groups of people and also involves understanding the different cultures, languages and customs of people from other countries. Specifically, the aim of this study was to investigate the interactive relationships between educators and foreign students, the quality of their communication and interaction with each other, and any problems that make it difficult and ineffective.
