Summary/Abstract: This monograph is a complementary study to purely theoretical studies on generational management, age management, diversity management, or the management of diverse teams within an organisation. The interdisciplinary character of the paper raises many aspects related to generations in the face of values and threats faced by contemporary organizations. The theoretical and application character of the publication makes it possible to state that it may be addressed to a wide audience. Both scientists and students, but also theoreticians (employers, managers, HR managers), training institutions, business environment institutions and other entities interested in the issues of maintaining management of age-differentiated employees. The publicationis a current and fresh attempt to reflect on the issues of the generational diversity of employees from the perspective of maintenance from the perspective of maintaining and increasing it in the organization.
