Summary/Abstract: Research of the media discourse in the Balkan countries is the first joint project of our Regional Network for Human Rights. The research is based on a comparative analysis of the way the media in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia deal with topics/problems/situations that we directly or indirectly recognize as important for all three countries. In cooperation with Assoc. Ph.D. With Viktorija Car from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Zagreb, we developed the research methodology and defined three current topics - the elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Pride Parade in Belgrade and the Šešelj case. As is usual, we will use this activist research to create activities aimed at concrete changes in society, more precisely, raising the quality of media content.
