Summary/Abstract: Unconventional families are a part of reality that can no longer be ignored, especially since the dynamics of their legal recognition and regulation of the consequences of their existence is one of the most intense legal changes today, seen on a global scale. Lesbian and gay families call into question many concepts on which traditional legal, anthropological and psychological science was based, especially the concept of family if it is defined in the framework of exclusively biological connections, concepts and categories.
