Summary/Abstract: The guide is designed as an instrument that should provide basic information to persons who make the first contact with migrants and participate in their care and, in the context of the increased influx of migrants on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, contribute to understanding the complexity of the treatment of migrants brought about by the migration flow. The goal is also to develop the "sensitivity" of acting bodies/persons to ensure the full enjoyment of rights and appropriate protection for migrants, as well as to encourage some of the offered models and measures to become part of the daily routine in the treatment of migrants over time, in order to ensure that the needs of migrants are recognized and responded to in an adequate manner.
