Summary/Abstract: During a time of economic and demographic crisis in Serbia, migrants are increasingly recognized not only as a population loss but also as valuable resources for development through the transfer of skills, knowledge, networks, and financial capital. Migrants, particularly transnational entrepreneurs, are often more innovative, better connected, and more willing to take business risks in their country of origin due to their dual familiarity with local and global contexts. This document aims to inform policymakers about the untapped potential of migrant entrepreneurship and offers recommendations to better support these actors in contributing to Serbia’s economic and societal growth.
