Summary/Abstract: The monograph entitled Dispute Resolution Procedure before International Commercial Arbitration Courts was created as a result of the analysis of numerous concluded arbitration agreements. The analysis showed that the arbitration agreement affects not only the resolution of the merits of the dispute but also the course of the arbitration proceedings. In a scientific and theoretical sense, the topic is of particular importance because it is an issue that has not been comprehensively and systematically analyzed in the domestic scientific and professional literature. In a practical sense, its efficiency and the resolution of a specific dispute will depend on a proper understanding of the rules and principles of the arbitration procedure. In terms of content, the arbitration procedure, as the subject of the work, constitutes a system of legal procedures and actions of the arbitration court and other parties in the procedure related to the resolution of cases within the jurisdiction of the arbitration, which is regulated by the rules of arbitration procedural law. As a process, the arbitration procedure has a beginning, duration and end. The paper analyzes, in chronological order, three phases of the procedure: the initiation phase, the conduct phase, and the decision-making phase. The subject of the research is the traditional concept of the arbitration procedure, which is most often implemented in arbitrations.
