Summary/Abstract: Agriculture, as the most important strategic economic branch, aims to produce quality and health-safe food. However, we have witnessed that the excessive, uncontrolled, and often inexpert use of synthetic means for protecting and nourishing plants has threatened the production of health-safe food and its quality, the health of people and animals, as well as the natural cycles necessary for the survival of life on Earth. Unlike conventional production, organic production is based on the biological balance of the soil-plant-animal-human system. Organic production is a system of sustainable agriculture based on high respect for ecological principles through rational use of natural resources, use of renewable energy sources, preservation of natural diversity and environmental protection.
