Summary/Abstract: Today the citizens of the southeastern part of the Western Balkans do not enjoy one of the fundamental freedoms on which the European Union itself is based: freedom of movement. True, Croatia is on the "white list" of the visa regime, which means that its citizens can enter and stay in the European Union without a visa, for up to three months.
