Summary/Abstract: This monograph examines how transnational entrepreneurs from Serbia and Albania build and sustain networks that connect their home countries with other parts of Europe and the world, focusing on the flow of capital, knowledge, and social ties. It compares how the two countries support these entrepreneurs through state policies, highlighting Albania's structured Brain Gain Programme and Serbia's broader but less effectively implemented migration strategies. The study aims to fill a gap in research on transnational economic activities in the Western Balkans and contribute to evidence-based policymaking.
