Summary/Abstract: Free access to information is one of the basic rights in organized democratic societies, which live the principles of transparency and responsibility of public administration, but also orientation towards service-oriented public administration. Free access to information contributes to narrowing the space for corruption, thereby additionally empowering the interested public to monitor the work of government bodies.
