Summary/Abstract: The genocide in Srebrenica is considered the biggest crime in Europe after World War II and the Holocaust, one of the most horrific events in modern European history in which more than 8,000 people were killed. The victims of the genocide in Srebrenica came from 50 municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The book documents the names of 6,879 victims of genocide buried between 2003 and 2019. 6,642 people were buried in the Srebrenica Memorial Center, while 237 victims were buried in other local cemeteries. Data for this book were obtained from the Srebrenica Memorial Center and the Institute for Missing Persons of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
