- Summary/Abstract:Development of the educational activity involves a highly qualified person to exercise the didactic role. Therefore the profile of skills to be tested by the person undertaking the didactic role owns a privileged position within analyses dedicated to formative activity. Particularly, desirable qualities to give a content to the moral profile of the professor come both from regulatory documents, such as specific ethical or deontological codes, and other regulatory systems. The study herein emphasizes the existence of a multitude of non – ethical frameworks in relation with rules and regulations on professor’s activity and it advances an analysis/ exemplification for two current judicial benchmarks in Romania (Labour Code and Law of Education) in terms of the moral dimension of their consubstantial stipulations. Keywords: morality, ethical code, regulatory system, law.

- Summary/Abstract:The article includes the main results of a research that used the questionnaire-based survey as a method of collecting data from students aged 13-19 years, from the Orthodox Theological Seminary "Saint Simion Stefan" in Alba Iulia. The research did not include students from high school classes with a theological vocational profile and benefited from 237 responses to the questionnaire administered online. The analysis of the data shows that education in a theological environment trains students including aspects related to the pedagogy of prayer. Also, the data of our research show that through an education that values the role of personal prayer and of common prayer in the church, the differences according to gender in relation to prayer (motivations, states of mind that generate it, effects over time) decrease considerably. At the same time, the data show that girls pray more than boys, have a greater capacity to show gratitude to God for the help received, and feel the peace of mind that personal prayer provides to a greater extent than they do.

- Summary/Abstract:The present paper presents the main social and political concepts of Greek Antiquity: Democritus, Plato, Aristotle and Epicurus. Democritus analyzes three fundamental problems: - the role of politics: to achieve happiness for as many people as possible; - justice: the main virtue that citizens must cultivate; - form of government: democracy. Plato builds the model of an ideal society consisting of three social classes: - the philosopher (politician) – who must lead society; - the soldiers - who must defend the fortress; - citizens (producers of goods and services) - what must ensure the necessary for the functioning of the fortress. Aristotle thinks of the state as a higher court that must ensure the welfare of the citizens, and therefore politics becomes the most important practical science. Epicurus supports a view close to that of the social contract. Society is structured on the basis of a non-aggression agreement between people. This agreement (the law) legitimizes a higher structure (the State) to oversee the functioning of society.

- Summary/Abstract:The story as a possible solution to the problems faced by preschoolers and the adults around them represents the premise of using storytelling and digital storytelling at preschool age (and beyond). Recurring themes or particular contexts are exposed, through these techniques, anchoring fictional characters in fantastic worlds, mirroring the real plan. Ideas, feelings, character traits, elements of verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal expressiveness, as well as images/photos, animations, music, audio/video recordings, special effects, etc. facilitates the literacy of preschoolers, including in its digital version. The purpose of this paper is to relate these realities from the preschool universe, where through storytelling and digital storytelling, on the one hand, topics of interest are brought to the attention of children and, on the other hand, preschoolers exercise the role of active listener and even storyteller.

- Summary/Abstract:The digital addiction is already acknowledged by the medical specialists as a mental disorder, because it involves a pathological use of the computer or of any other type of technology, characterized by the urgent need to engage in online activities to the obvious detriment of daily and real life (school, family, friendships, etc.). This type of attitude is also dealing to other behavioural disorders. Some psychologists are comparing the states (involving changes in brain maps) caused by digital addiction to those of "classic" (somatic) addictions. Thus, a similarity was identified between the abuse of psychotropic and hallucinogenic substances, which chemically alter the human brain, and the abuse of the virtual space, which psychologically affects the human being as a whole. This is clearly a phenomenon, specific to post-modernity, unprecedented in its scale in history.

- Summary/Abstract:The article contains an analysis of family educational action from the perspective of values as a condition of family educational actions. The norms, principles, rules and purposes of conducting family educational actions, their content, including the methods and means applied, are described. In the context of the initial training of teaching staff, we address the need to train pedagogic students to be able to work with the family in the direction of transmitting moral norms, which can become functional and are internalized in the conditions in which the adult members of the family respect them and permanently capitalize on them in their own behavior , education and ethical training for preadolescents. We support the idea that parents and pedagogues need familiarization with these norms, within the framework of parental counseling. At the same time, the article contains a model that addresses the educational action and moral conduct of the family in order to harmonize preadolescent-parent relations.

- Summary/Abstract:Simion Mehedinți was a pioneer of Romanian science and culture in the first half of the twentieth century – when he militated for national renewal through education and culture in a Christian spirit; he was also a reformer of the Romanian educational system, but also a genuine Christian educator. As a researcher, he highlighted the educational value of science, professing himself a science out of conviction. His pedagogical conception contains two special nuances – the Christian one and its application to one’s own ethnic space – and he introduces the concept the school of work, as area and instrument of modeling the student’s character. In his ethnographic approaches we discover the recovering and pedagogical function of history and in the analysis of Romanian Christianity those valences which can be considered modern and democratic today.

- Summary/Abstract:In context of pandemic crisis, the emergency remote teaching (ERT) process raised a multitude of problems for institutions, teachers, and students, led the author to design a model for evaluating teaching and evaluation processes. In our previous studies, we developed a model for the evaluation system called the learning analytics and evaluation model (LAEM). We also validated a software instrument we designed called the EvalMathI system, which is to be used in the evaluation system and was developed and tested during the pandemic. For optimization of the evaluation process was accomplished by including and integrating the dashboard model in a responsive panel. In this paper, we analyse the possibilities to complete our learning analytics system with a sensor-supported component. Also, we identify which sensor technologies can be used in a more suited manner. Sensor technologies have been adapted for various domains, such as healthcare, and education. The proposed model component can be used to represent the capabilities of current learning analytic system and provide a basis for the future development.

- Keywords:St. John Chrysostom, biblical exegesis; biblical hermeneutics; biblical literal sense; biblical spiritual sense;
- Summary/Abstract:In Chrysostom’s exegetical works, we find the main rules of hermeneutics, which must consider for a correct interpretation. Even if it is an inspired book and the lead author is God, the Bible is the result of cooperation between divinity and humanity. Like Jesus Christ was incarnated in human flesh, so the Word was "incarnated" in the letter of Scripture, to be accessible for his creature. Thus, the external form (the letter) is the human component, instead, the spiritual meaning, the spirit of Scripture reveals the divine Author. The interpretation of Scripture is an activity that must be carried out, combining both intellectual faculties, but especially spiritual ones. As a first step to deepening, Chrysostom recommends all Christians to read the Bible daily, incessantly. The riches found in this book, must be, then, spread to others, so that, they share the benefit of God's Word, so necessary for human life. All these divine precepts must not remain only at the level of thought or word, but these must be translated into deeds. The Bible is a book that should be lived, and through his life, Chrysostom has shown that this is possible. To discover the meaning of Scripture, Chrysostom was used historical and literal meaning. Because of this, he will be considered: the exponent of this method of biblical interpretation. However, Chrysostom calls for closer scrutiny to penetrate the meaning of Scripture and he recognizes the existence of a spiritual sense. By his exegesis Chrysostom has made important contributions to clarify the biblical texts but also to establish rules for the interpretation of the Bible. By his exegetical works, Chrysostom remained forever a model and an authority. .

- Summary/Abstract:The research of tolerance to uncertainty and self-esteem as an individual predisposition to report to complex social and professional situations is particularly current and important in the context of the pandemic that revealed several psychological problems. The psycho-emotional well-being of the population is interpreted as the way the person perceives himself, evaluates his life, the way he feels and activates on a personal and social level. This interpretation has changed during the pandemic crisis. Young people mention that in moments of uncertainty their safety is affected, which leads them to make impulsive, anxiety-filled choices. Respectively, self-esteem undergoes changes with the confrontation of situations full of uncertainty. A high level of self-esteem allows people to act effectively, to cope with the difficulties of existence.

- Summary/Abstract:Starting from the instructive-educational features of current catehetic activities, this paper aims to analyse the architecture of discourses, interactions and verbal means that stimulate argumentation in such contexts, from the multimodal, multichannel perspective of the catehetic medium. The corpus, comprising current Romanian spoken language, which presents the three facets of language: verbal, paraverbal and nonverbal, was put together by transcribing personal recordings taken in Vienna, Austria. It is analysed as a whole, based on the statuary and communicative features of these religious discoursive events, which, in turn, in various proportions, reach the four objectives of the catehetic speaker’s communicative intentions: to inform – persuade -convince - form a collective identity. The last one is strategically addressed, by stressing the feelings of belonging, by appealing to the collective memory and by stimulating its prospective function, through various discoursive means that define discourse as being identity discourse.

Among the studied subjects, music had an essential place. Music was taught by teachers with musical studies as well as with pedagogical tact. In addition to the theoretical knowledge, they also shared with their students the practical skills of singing in the choir and playing musical instruments. Thus, teachers established school choirs and orchestras, which were the pride and cultural standard of this prestigious high school.

- Summary/Abstract:The study of young child growth and development has sparked interest since ancient times, and today developmental psychology offers stage models of child development and how motor, volitional, and affective capacities are developed. The process of growth and development at children has a stage course and the complexity and peculiarities of each stage are exploited. Moreover, the new theories on child development describe that each stage of development has particularities, factors and relationships that reach a special, non-linear psychodynamic in which life events, the child's abilities and socio-emotional support are in a relationship of confluence. The study of stadial development in children allows, among other things, the identification of some types of relationships and activities observable both in the family environment and in the educational, school environment. In this context, the stage conceptions from developmental psychology also highlights the role of socio-emotional development in children as well as its stimulation according to its inter-individual characteristics

- Summary/Abstract:The grade 12 study of the Romanian language and literature attempts the understanding of some literary and cultural periods through the succession and coexistence of twentieth century cultural currents. The post WWII period includes the study of literature during the communist period, opening the possibility of understanding both the pro-communism activist literature and the anti-totalitarian humanistic and cultural form of it as means of resistance. The option of studying the short prose of Romulus Rusan like "Time-Out" from "Provisory Causes" volume and "The Broom of Flowers" from "Dew and Frost" volume in parallel with other non-literary texts from 1980's official press using case studies method involves inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary activities that require the competences of contextualization of writings in their époque and the appropriate use of comprehensiveness and interpretation strategies. All these contribute to stimulating a creative and critical lecture.
