Decision-Making and Decision with Respect to the Safety of a Manager’s Work in an Organisation – a Theoretical Study of a Research Problem

Summary/Abstract: The person responsible for the implementation of the management process in the organisation (enterprise) is the manager who makes decisions every day. The manager must be aware that some decisions are made faster (routine decisions) and other decisions must be well thought out (non-routine decisions). The aim of the article is to present several decision-making models with particular emphasis on the integrated decision-making model. The following research hypothesis was adopted in the study: an integrated model of decision-making guarantees optimal decision-making by a manager. The paper is theoretical and based on the study of the literature on the subject.
