Organization security manager in a culturally changing environment: a theoretical and conceptual study

Summary/Abstract: The variability of the external environment affects the changes taking place in the internal environment of the organization (enterprise). One of the factors that must be taken into account in the development of an organization is security. Ensuring the security of the organization requires having a security manager who will implement the process of a permanent stable functioning of the organization in a changing environment. It should be remembered that security can be considered from various points of view, not only as a state of war or peace in a given country, but also as a state of threat from competitors, etc. The aim of the study is to present a cultural model of a security manager with a factor of flexibility. The model is the result of theoretical and conceptual research by the author of this study, which enriches the discipline of management and quality sciences
