Summary/Abstract: In the article, the issue of using mobile devices for the spatial orientation of the visually impaired is considered. The development of an inclusive environment to address accessibility to learning opportunities at a higher school in Ukraine as an outcome of German-Ukrainian cooperation is deliberated. Combining national and international efforts promotes the enlargement and correspondence of accessibility services at Lviv Polytechnic National University to the international education and social standards. It contributes to the development of an inclusive environment, with mobile technologies usage in particular.
