Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, even with the existence of scientific probation, such as DNA profile, establishing the real situation following the police hearing is indispensable as police judical bodies still use this means of probation in order to solve the on-going cases. It's obvious, however, that criminals don't just give up on the information they posses. In order to determine them to talk, the police officers must know and apply a variety of methods and means of getting the informations they need. As a conequence to the established interpersonal contact, the officer in charge must pay attention to the eloquent behaviour, especially to the gestures of the suspect perceived as an obvious reality, as an ensemble of traits and characteristics both dynamic and functional which highlight states of mind and feelings, whose corect and right interpretation is absolutely necessary.
