PROCEDURAL METHODS OF BRINGING BEFORE THE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION BODIES OF THE PARTIES AND PROCEEDINGS

Summary/Abstract: This study aims to highlight the procedure and ways of summons as a way to bring trial suspects to the police for the interrogation. As far as summons is concerned, it is the formal way for the criminal investigating authorities to require the parties and procedural subjects to appear at the headquarters of the judicial body for the purposes of the interrogation in order to establish the facts and the factual circumstances of the offense which is the subject of the case. It may take the form of a written, telephone, telegraphic, electronic or oral form, and it is often necessary to carry out various field investigations in advance in order to establish the concrete address to which this procedural act is to be carried out.
