Summary/Abstract: The authors aim is to present new information about the ”free Dacian” necropolis from Costești-Baia. They discuss a cremation grave deposited in a ceramic urn that belongs to a child, probably a girl. Anthropological analyzes revealed that the deceased is a child, with biological age at the time of death in the infans I-infans II category. Based on existing analogies for the ceramic urn, we can date the grave in the second half of the 2nd century AD
