Summary/Abstract: In the last year, in addition to the dramatic episodes of the pandemic, there has been an alarming increase in cases of violence against women. Which are the causes, what measures have been taken by the state to comply with the international obligations assumed and, especially, what is the effectiveness of these measures are some of the questions that formed the basis of this study.
