Summary/Abstract: The paper describes selected functions and packages of R program which can be used in the construction of customer satisfaction indexes with an application of fuzzy num-bers. The considerations were related to a class of satisfaction indexes built on the basis of subjective models of service quality evaluation. The empirical example allowed for a visual-ization of descriptive statistics for fuzzy numbers relevant to the construction of satisfaction indexes.
