Summary/Abstract: In the paper we built a model of the ill-structured negotiation problems using the multi-criteria decision making techniques in fuzzy environment. Some possibilities of appli-cation of the fuzzy SAW procedure to evaluation of the negotiation offers in the conditions of uncertainty, lack of information or verbal definition of preferences were discussed. The techniques of defuzzification of the fuzzy numbers were also considered from the viewpoint of their application to the estimation and ordering of the negotiation offers.
