Summary/Abstract: In this paper we present a modified TOPSIS algorithm that allows scoring the negotiation offers, the resolution levels of which fall outside the feasible negotiation space individually defined by the negotiator. These are the offers that consist of options better (over-good) than aspiration or worse (under-bad) than reservation levels, and may appear in the negotiation process. We propose two different approaches to handle the problem of compensating the over-good and under-bad options while building the negotiation offer scoring mechanism.
