Warsaw homelessness – residentally excluded. Innovative formula of housing assistance – Social Rental Agency

Summary/Abstract: The article will describe the phenomenon and help for the homeless on the example of Warsaw institutions. The aspects of housing exclusion, including homelessness, will be shown through personal narratives in biographical interviews of homeless people. The article presents practical conclusions from the pilot of one of the housing assistance programs, which is the innovative Social Rental Agency.
