Summary/Abstract: In this article, the modern typology of the organization by Frederic Laloux shall be described, with a particular emphasis on the properties of Teal organizations. Based on the experiences of selected Polish companies within the services and industrial sectors, the original concept of Teal paradigms implementation is described. Factors favoring changes in the library and staff management are described, as well as the stages of their implementation.
