Summary/Abstract: The article discusses special services of the County and Muncipial “Biblioteka pod Atlantami” Library in Wałbrzych not only addressed to special user groups. It describes the audiobook section created mainly for blind and partially sighted people. Particular attention is paid to it soffer and the specificity of the collection. It describes the cooperation of the Library’s Regional Workshop with Dr Alfred Sokolowski Specialist Hospital in Wałbrzych mainly based on regional education courses for patients. The article also discusses the use of Action Track Application that is used to create mobile games which are supposed to entourage children, adolescents and adults to visit the library. Examples of games promoting the region are also presented.
