Summary/Abstract: Countries was carefully and widely studied by researchers, since many of these texts had an important impact upon the whole Romanian culture, most of them now having many modern editions and an impressive number of studies.Şeapte Taine a Besearicii was printed in 1644, in Iaşi, between the 2 important prints: Carte românească de învăţătură /Cazania (1643) and Carte românească de învăţătură de la pravilele împărăteşti (1646). Smaller in size than the two mentioned above, it has received less attention, one of the reasons being probably the fact that it was hard to identify its destination. A large part of the work is a thematic selection, according to the seven sacraments of the church, from the Pravila aleasă, translated more than a decade before by Eustratie logofătul. Each of the seven sacraments is introduced by a section of dialogued catechism, consisting of questions and answers. Therefore, the print seems to be a systematic affirmation of the Orthodox Church tradition according to the seven sacraments.
