Private online available data become of interest to different actors with links to governments and private actors who started soon looking at ways to get access to it.The intelligence domain adapted to this particular situation where the Internet could be the source of innumerable personal data and information, developing collecting capabilities intended to function online. In addition, non-government actors who can make use of data from online resources have also developed their own gathering methods.
