Summary/Abstract: Eudorus from Alexandria conceived a philosophical system inspired from the Agrapha dogmata which is attributed by Aristotle to Plato. This system is marked by the existence of a supreme principle from which a secondary realm derives, the latter being composed from opposed principles: Ideas and Matter. Unfortunately, the ontology of Eudorus has been preserved by three fragments included in the edition of Claudio Mazzarelli, fragments upon which we will make several brief comments.
