Summary/Abstract: The daily bulletins prepared by the Navy Service from the General Headquarters in December 1916 reflect the efforts to save river vessels and goods after the loss of Dobrogea in favor to the Central Powers, as well as the cooperation with the Russian army. At the end of the year, the complete evacuation of the cities of Brăila and Galați could be reported.
