Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, issues related to human rights are often raised, and pro-life movements are created that fight to defend human life. On the other hand, human rights are clearly denied, because there is consent to the destruction of human life. At the root of this dualism lies the crisis of a man filled with fear and seeking his identity. In the field of medicine, and bioethics in particular, concerns arise in respect of human dignity. There is a reflection that not everything that is technically possible is morally acceptable. At present, artificial insemination belongs to the most serious ethical dilemmas. Attempts to overcome the drama of infertility by referring to technology and medicine arouse the opposition of people struggling to respect the right to life. Different environments present different views, which leads to controversy and disputes on the basis of bioethics. The intention of the publication is to show the positions of supporters and opponents in vitro. The subject matter is closely related to human existence, therefore it is impossible to remain indifferent to the problem of artificial insemination.
