Summary/Abstract: Employers and organizers in the field of upbringing, education, recreation, treatment and care for minors are obliged to obtain information about committed sexual offenses by employed persons and undertake such activities against them. Failure to do so results in criminal liability for the offense. The purpose of this article is to present it comprehensively, including paying attention to its details. It is so, that the group of obliged entities in this scope is wide, which is not explicitly stated in the regulations, and many issues related to it raise some doubts, which this study tries to clarify.
