WebClass as a tool for online test development

Summary/Abstract: Measurement of learning outcomes is an integrative part of education in general, and distance and blended environments, in particular, require effective methods of technology-enhanced testing and assessment. The aim of this paper is to present the WebClass learning management system as a tool for web-based test development. The presented online platform can be used to construct, administer, and conduct statistical analysis of assessments of various types, including classroom-based language tests.
