Summary/Abstract: Transformation of e-HRM is a process which strated nearly two decades ago and still continues due to increasing needs of companies around the world to keep abreast and to improve their competitiveness on the market. Since e-HRM is an adequate business solution for complete on-line management support in all activities, it creates new conditions for the development and improvement of the e-learning process of employed. Despite numerous benefits of e-HRM trenasformation regarding the e-learning, its appearance and development also implies some challenges. Therefore, we intend to depict the general trend of understanding and development of e-HRM transformation and its implications for e-learning of employed. We will also point out the possibilities of application of specific tools through introduction of technology in HR-processes such as: recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, where we can clearly perceive innovation but also the obstacles that e-HRM transformation brings into the process of e-learning.
