Summary/Abstract: The article is part of studies on issues of polish ethnic policy. Its main aim is to answer the question whether the organizations of the Ukrainian minority in Poland could be considered an interest group. It consists of three parts. The first is dedicated to the category of interest itself. Second specifies the complexity of interest groups, as the third part presents organizations of the Ukrainian minority in Poland as an interest group.
