Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the legal analysis of the partnership between entrepreneurs providing digital infrastructures and services and public entities in the field of cybersecurity under Polish law. It considers the matter of cooperation between private-sector entrepreneurs providing infrastructures and digital services and public-sector entities responsible for cybersecurity based on the Act on the National Cybersecurity System implementing the NIS Directive to the polish legal system.
