Summary/Abstract: Nowadays the internet is more than a mere means of communication - it is also an important channel for the development and transposition of contractual relationships from the environment of the real-life cultural management into the virtual electronic environment. We can notice that the applicability of civil rights norms (commercial, administrative, fiscal law, etc.) in the contractual circumstances encompassed by the new technologies bears an overwhelming importance, offering the appropriate legal framework without which the legal engagement in the online environment would have been impossible. Over the last decades, the galloping development of the information technologies has created favourable circumstances for the emergence of contractual relationships that differ from the classic ones. Traditional contractual operations take on a new approach due to electronics as a means of concluding contracts and to the internet as a means of communication. We shall first briefly define and subsequently detail in the article the electronic contract - more precisely the object of contracts of theatrical representation or musical execution - as the agreement between two or more people to establish, change or terminate legal relations regarding an agreement expressed in electronic form.Upon this definition we shall assemble the other aspects subjected to analysis within this article. We must also highlight the fact that the contract in electronic form does not produce a new species of contract, since it does not alter the contract’s object, but merely the manner of its conclusion, preserving the legal nature of the equivalent traditional contract.
