Summary/Abstract: The advent of new technology is one of the numerous reasons that led to reversing the roles of teachers and students in a classroom. Learning culture shifts towards maximizing student-centred approaches to learning. Such individualisation can be realised through one of the contemporary methods of teaching, i.e. flipped classroom, which is described from both a theoretical point of view and practical implementation.
